Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 per year (up to $140,000 for exceptional candidates)
Bonus: 15% annual incentive

Remote Status: Onsite
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour accountability for clinical practice and quality of care in the Cardiac Cath and EP labs.
  • Lead and manage a competent workforce, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Manage staff performance through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance planning.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and physicians to offer integrated services for patient care.
  • Maintain staffing levels, training, and competency in line with hospital standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN), Advanced Practice (APRN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or state-registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
  • 3-5 years of recent Cath Lab management experience, ideally within an acute care setting or Trauma Center.
  • Proven leadership in Cath and EP lab environments with experience in advanced cardiac interventions (e.g., TAVRs, Watchman procedures).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hospital with a cardiac interventional and structural heart program.
  • Background in managing staff and resources in a high-volume lab environment.

This position offers great benefits, the opportunity for relocation assistance, and a dynamic working environment at a state-of-the-art facility handling complex cardiovascular cases.
