Our client, a well known Developer in Vancouver in looking to hire an experienced Senior Construction Manager or Project director to oversee their woodframe portfolio of projects over the next 5-10 years.

Requirements:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through to completion.
• Act as the project representative, liaising with the respective Development Managers, Consultants and Construction Management teams.
• You will facilitate consistency and accountability in achieving project schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.
• You have 10+ years of related experience in a construction or Owner’s Representative role where you’ve completed the project lifecycle of a residential wood frame building, including preconstruction.
• You will need to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• This person needs to be self sufficient but also a team player who can take direction.
• Multiple woodframe condo and rental projects completed start to finish

Package:

• $180-220k salary
• 2 days work from home hybird structure
