Job Description:


This is a 12 month assignment for engagement with the potential to extend.

Hybrid 2 days onsight (Tues/Wed) in Oakville, ON, Canada.


We're seeking a Digital Analyst to join our Digital Operations team, helping drive our digital evolution through data-driven insights and operational excellence.


Role Overview:

Support cross-functional digital operations between Product, IT, and Marketing teams, focusing on website analytics, user experience optimization, and digital channel performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer interactions and build funnel reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, and Quantum Metric
  • Monitor and optimize SEO health using tools like SEM Rush
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Support website functionality testing and validation
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
  • Participate in requirements gathering and project prioritization
  • Monitor API performance and technical analytics


Required Skills:

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric)
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical data into business insights
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Nice to have: Google BigQuery
