Director of Human Resources – Business Services
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources for their centralized Business Services Division to lead HR efforts, including:
- workforce planning
- talent acquisition initiatives
- talent development and succession planning
- employee relations
- compensation and engagement
Part of a large organization, this centralized business services division supports Finance, Supply Chain, Corporate Human Resources, Health Services, Project Engineering, Communications, and Air Services Functions.
Leading a team of HR professionals, you will work closely with the Corporate VP of HR and other divisional leaders to support the development of a strong leadership pipeline across the organization’s divisions with the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the Human Resources function across the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership in talent management and recruitment. A relevant undergraduate degree is required, with an MBA or professional HR designation (CPHR or equivalent) preferred. Strong collaboration, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and drive change. Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
