Guaranteed Hours: In event of low census, Healthcare Providers may be called off or placed on-call in 4 hour increments up to 1 shift's worth of hours in a 2-week cycle. For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
