The ideal candidates will have the following background: Current Massachusetts RN license required. Minimum of one year of inpatient RN experience required, preferably in a medical/surgical unit. Telemetry experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Telemetry experience preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, preferred. Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting. Minimum of one year of medical/surgical nursing experience required. Training, Certifications and/or Registrations: CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment. Evidence of continued education and professional development. Certification or advanced training in specialty area preferred. Telemetry training required within the first year of employment. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursingprocess (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
