Weekend call occurs every seven to eight weeks and cases are added on as needed, the weekend staff are on call Friday night at 5:00pm through Monday morning at 7:00am. Float requirement: Mainly Edgewood, but there is a potential to float between Florence, Edgewood, and Fort Thomas as needed. Procedures: Angiograms, Venograms, PICC, Port a cath, Vertebroplasty, GI bleed, Embolization, Biliary tube exchange, Nephrostomy, IVUS, Fistulagram, Trans jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, Experience with thrombectomy for neuro cases.
