Your Role as MDS Director As the MDS Director , you will be a cornerstone in managing and coordinating resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary teamwork. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the development and completion of MDS assessments and care plans to meet regulatory requirements. Ensuring timely submission of assessments to the State repository per RAI Manual guidelines. Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Care Team to tailor care plans to each resident's unique needs. Monitoring Quality Measures Reports to enhance outcomes and support our Five Star Rating. Providing education and support to residents, families, and care staff about care planning. Participating in facility surveys and government inspections, ensuring compliance and readiness. What You Bring to the Role We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader ready to inspire teams and elevate care standards.
