Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP is hiring a litigation associate with a minimum of two years of California employment (EPL) experience. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar - no exceptions. Additional admittance to the Oregon Bar is preferred. Excellent writing skills are a must.
