- Dates: Available Shifts: Starting March ongoing
- Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm - Wednesday, Friday with 1 hour lunch
- Call Schedule: 24hr beeper call
- Call ratio: 1:3 (this might change)
- Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD's, Mas assigned
- Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
- Procedures per day: 10-15 per day
- Hospital Bed size: 99
- Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
- Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license, DEA
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
