Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (Relocation Assistance Available)
Location: Dexter, MO
Salary/Pay Rate: $27 - $30 per hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus,
R elocation assistance including 30 days of free housing, benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401k, paid holidays, professional development)
Schedule: Shift differentials for evening and night shifts provided. Weekends as necessary

Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential care to patients/residents. This includes assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare staff. You may also have the opportunity to take on charge nurse duties, where you will guide team members and foster a positive environment.
Required Skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Missouri State License (or the ability to obtain one before starting employment)
- At least one year of experience in hospice, home care, geriatrics, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Compassion and dedication to promoting wellness
- Problem-solving skills to address individual patient needs
- Team-oriented approach to providing care
Preferred Skills:
- Experience assuming leadership responsibilities and guiding team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Commitment to delivering the highest standard of care
