Key Responsibilities:
Inventory True-Up:

• Perform inventory true-up activities to ensure accurate records of technology hardware.
• Work closely with staff to validate and reconcile inventory data.

ServiceNow Updates:

• Update and maintain accurate inventory information in ServiceNow.
• Ensure that all changes and updates are accurately reflected in the system.

Hardware Management:

• Inventory technology hardware, including physical organization and barcode tagging.
• Coordinate the removal of equipment from service as necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is properly documented and tagged for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management and technology hardware.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail.
• Familiarity with barcode tagging and hardware documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Availability to work locally in the Belleville, Illinois and remotely across Illinois as needed.
