About the Role:


  • We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven history of delivering projects on time and within budgetary constraints. The Senior Project Manager will be pivotal in coordinating with various project stakeholders—including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors—to ensure that project objectives and deadlines are met with precision and excellence.


Responsibilities :

  • Financial Oversight: Safeguard profitability and implement effective cost control measures for assigned projects.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, design professionals, and subcontractors to align with project requirements and objectives.
  • Resource Management: Oversee project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Progress Communication: Provide clear and regular updates on project progress and potential issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining high standards of compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to clients, highlighting milestones and addressing any concerns.
  • Change Management: Manage project change requests, negotiating adjustments with stakeholders to accommodate evolving project needs.
  • Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols to ensure project standards are met.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records to support project management and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to production team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior project management role within a commercial general contracting environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in construction software and project management tools (e.g., Procore) as well as scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project).


Pay range and compensation package:


  • Competitive Salary: Reflective of experience and qualifications. $130,000-150,000 Base Salary
