Job Title: Product Analyst

Position Overview:
This position will play a critical role in coordinating with the Program Director team to support regional and global efforts in developing products and strategies for material handling equipment. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to drive insights and initiatives for long-term product planning and cost management, ultimately contributing to company growth and efficiency.
In a Nutshell:
- Manage data to analyze future trends and recommend strategic paths.
- Evaluate current market dynamics, forecast changes, and assess product alignment with future needs.
- Analyze cost structures for current, older, and upcoming models to optimize pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project efforts, set and track target costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure best practices in Total Delivered Cost (TDC) management across facilities.
Product Strategy
- Envision future products for regional and global markets, develop mid- and long-term growth plans, and analyze data to guide strategic product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excelling in project and time management while effectively handling multiple priorities.
- Proactive, open-minded, and self-disciplined, with a strong ability to navigate conflict, adapt to change, and manage complexity.
- Embraces change and continuously seeks innovative approaches to enhance processes and improve outcomes. Maintains high standards of integrity and consistently fulfills commitments.
- Experience working with others that are straightforward & direct.
- Demonstrated experience in product planning, development, and project management, preferably within material handling or a similar industry.
- Self-motivated with strong project and time management skills, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation: $65k-$75k (may flex for the right person)
