Job Description

Title: Sourcing Specialist III

Duration: 3 months

Location: Princeton, NJ, 08540

Shift: Hybrid onsite to Princeton Headquarters (Tues-Thurs on site)

5-7 is minimum probably. Not a lot of analytics experience. This is purely sourcing and procurement moving projects forward. Indirect experience only.


This position’s starting pay is: $50.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies for the HR function.
  • Build and own a passive candidate pipeline of the best talent in the industry.
  • Creatively connect and engage with tomorrows talent, today.
  • Think strategically and creatively without accepting the status quo.
  • Partner with other internal Talent Acquisition professionals and leaders to proactively identify business needs.
  • Represent the company with knowledge, confidence and professional polished charm.
  • Continuously raising the bar and seeking exceptional personal and organizational results.
  • Possess a relentless drive to find, engage and connect with top talent through the use of strategic channels and tools.
  • Seek the challenge of the hunt and find reward in finding the right talent through creative, innovative and proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Data driven--constantly measuring and analyzing results with the ability to communicate impact to leadership.


Education:

  • BS or BA degree with the ability to work under very little direct supervision is required.


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience.
