We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and enhance the performance of our current and future locations, ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver excellent patient care. This would be a multi-talented Director of Operations who will oversee every operational function—acting as COO, CMO, CFO, and IT leader—and work hands-on with teams at every level to drive performance and growth. To achieve these ambitious goals, we are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Director of Operations to lead the charge in scaling operations, improving performance, and developing our teams.


Key Responsibilities:


• Strategic Leadership Across Functions: Lead and integrate all operational areas including operations, marketing, finance, IT, RCM, and patient care protocols. Act as a key driver of growth across each department, ensuring efficient scaling as w

e expand.

• Lead and manage the operational strategy for expanding from four to 10 dental offices in Northeast Texas, focusing on efficient growth, integration, and profitability.

• Operational & Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and P&L, maintaining a consistent 25% EBITDA at each location and across all locations. Use data to analyze KPIs and metrics, ensuring optimal performance across every area of the business.

• Marketing & Growth: Manage and execute marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention. Ensure our brand remains strong and visible within each community we serve, fostering sustainable growth.

• Team Development & Coaching: Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members across all roles, including office managers, front desk staff, clinical teams, and doctors. Provide hands-on support to strengthen leadership skills, streamline processes, and enhance team performance.

• IT & Systems Management: Oversee IT functions to ensure systems are streamlined, reliable, and support operational excellence. Implement technologies that enable efficient patient management, billing, and inter-office communication.

• RCM & Billing: Collaborate closely with the RCM department to improve billing processes, enhance cash flow, and reduce billing errors.

• Close Partnership with CEO: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to execute on strategic goals and the company’s vision. Align with the CEO on all major initiatives, providing regular updates and insights that contribute to long-term business success.

• Culture & Patient Care Excellence: Foster a fun, collaborative, and high-performance work culture. Ensure all practices deliver exceptional patient care and maintain the highest standards in both clinical and administrative functions.

• Lead recruitment and talent development efforts to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent that aligns with the company’s values and growth objectives.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a Director of Operations, or equivalent in a multi-location healthcare or dental organization, with strong expertise in managing multi-functional teams.

• Background in overseeing multiple operational areas, including marketing, finance, IT, and RCM.

• Financial acumen with a strong track record in budgeting, P&L management, and achieving financial targets, such as a consistent EBITDA.

• Strong coaching and mentorship skills, with experience in leading teams across various functions to improve performance and execution.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to align teams with organizational goals and drive change.

• Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to operational excellence, growth, and strategic vision execution.

• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and building high-performing teams that contribute to organizational growth.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset, passionate about operational excellence, growth, and leadership development.

• Expertise in analyzing KPIs and using data-driven insights to enhance operational performance.

• Strong track record in leading and scaling multi-site operations while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

• Hands-on experience in coaching, training, and developing teams to improve performance and execution.
