Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of big law experience and skilled with licensing/commercial contracts and M&A.

Candidate should possess excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Annual Salary: Up to $160,000

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience of big law firm licensing/commercial contracts and M&A experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and iManage.
• Member of the California Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
• Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
• High Attention to Detail.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
