Life Sciences Patent Associate

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a Life Sciences Patent Associate to join its recognized ANDA group in New York, Chicago, Charlotte, and Washington, DC. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent prosecution life sciences experience, including portfolio management, counseling, opinion work, and litigation supports in pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products and ag-bio.
• Advanced degree in chemistry or biochemistry, or related degree.
• USPTO registration is required.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills; team focused.
