Education and Professional Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Knowledge/Experience
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Strong communication skills—able to interact clearly and respectfully with both internal teams and external clients
- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic English and math skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage CMMS DataBase (E-maint) and data integrity for maintenance parts and inventory.
- Manage storeroom inventory control, maintain list of critical spares, and set the min/max level of stock parts.
- Order parts, make parts runs as required, and kit all scheduled jobs to ensure proper parts are ready for maintenance to perform.
- Responsible for briefing new maintenance personnel on the importance of inventory control and issuing parts-to-work orders and the process for requesting parts, equipment, and material.
- Enter PO requests for maintenance, repairs, and projects and receive the parts and materials. If a credit card is issued, reconcile receipts/bills for purchases on the card.
- Assists Maintenance Manager with tracking MRO spend and maintaining MRO budget.
- Support manufacturing by receiving, issuing, and managing parts, tools, and equipment.
- Receive, verify, and tag delivered goods, ensuring correct storage and identification.
- Maintain accurate inventory with regular cycle counts (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Issue parts based on work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment needs.
- Mark and prepare items for repair, coordinating with purchasing and ensuring timely shipment.
- Notify purchasing of stock shortages or requisitions.
- Keep the Tool Crib safe, clean, and organized.
- Perform inventory checks on non-tool crib items and assist with other tasks as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
