The firm handles a wide range of complex matters including business disputes, shareholder disputes, construction-related litigation, and other commercial and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, with a strong background in handling complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of complex commercial litigation cases, including business and shareholder disputes, construction litigation, and other related matters.
• Work closely with partners to develop case strategies, perform legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic counsel.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice by helping to manage client relationships and mentoring junior associates.
