Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements. This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor.

The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance background
• Experience having Maintenance Supervisors as direct reports
• Experience with High-Speed production facilities
• Food/Beverage manufacturing (preferred)
• Ability to work on-site in Alsip, IL
