Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to Maintenance Technicians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Collaborate with planners, purchasing, supervisors, and vendors to coordinate equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
• Review and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and check sheets, ensuring timely completion of required actions.
• Ensure repair and PM documentation is complete and compliant with departmental standards.
• Monitor equipment uptime and efficiency, working with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct safety training, inspect work areas and equipment, investigate accidents, and perform semi-annual performance reviews for team members.

Key Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machines and tools, including their design, operation, repair, and upkeep.
• Ability to evaluate and track performance, pinpointing areas for improvement or corrective action.
• Proficient in hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Understanding of raw materials, production workflows, quality control, and cost management to enhance manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
• Prior maintenance leadership required.
