This is a hybrid role.
Duties will include:
- Assists with recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Involved with new hire onboarding process and conducts new hire orientations.
- Performs administrative tasks and customer service functions by answering general HR employee requests and questions.
- Verifies and monitors I-9 documentation and ensures data integrity by appropriately and accurately maintaining all records current, including HRIS data input.
- Assists with monthly reporting, immigration reports and maintaining the Bank’s performance management system.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related subjects.
- At least 3+ years of Corporate Human Resources Generalist experience
- Banking/Financial Services experience is a plus.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required.
- Experience with HRIS preferred.
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
