Job Purpose:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, supporting organizational data integrity and compliance.
  • Support and lead employee engagement activities, such as organizing lunch-and-learn sessions, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and community volunteer opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for continual improvement projects and review as they apply to the department.

Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of the United States.
