Patent Litigation - Electrical Engineering/Computer Science

Our client is a major law firm, seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate for its Intellectual Property and Technology Group in New York. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of patent litigation experience focused on electrical or computer technologies.
• Experience with all aspects patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation.
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or other related disciplines highly preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• New York bar admission is required.
