This firm pays top lockstep compensation and bonus and has a hybrid policy of 3 days in the office.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience with counseling and administrative litigation covering market-based rate, market design, generation interconnection, and transmission issues.
• Compliance and enforcement matters before FERC, the CFTC, and various exchanges, including investigations, audits and regulatory compliance work.
• Transactional support for energy M&A and financing transactions.
• Prior major law firm experience.
• J.D. and exceptional academic credentials.
