Role Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate / Clinical Research Associate II, you will be an essential part of the clinical operations team, contributing to the success of key clinical trials. Responsibilities include:

  • Full Clinical Trial Lifecycle Management : Support and manage clinical trial processes from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Site Relationship Building : Act as a primary liaison with study sites, developing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with site staff and investigators.
  • Quality Oversight and Training : Provide co-monitoring and support for junior CRAs, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance across study sites.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams : Work closely with project managers and sponsors to support efficient trial execution and communication.
