LHH has the pleasure of assisting a national litigation law firm in its search for multiple Litigation Attorneys to join its Philadelphia office!

Qualifications Position 1

• 2-3 years of general litigation experience to include drafting pleadings/motions, propounding and responding to discovery requests and attending court conferences
• Experience with asbestos litigation is a plus
• Licensed to practice law in PA

Qualifications Position 2

• 4+ years of general litigation experience to include toxic torts, construction defect, cannabis, etc.
• Experience conducting/defending depositions of parties and witnesses, attending oral arguments, representing clients at arbitrations and mediations and trial prep
• Licensed to practice law in PA
