Job Title: Business Analyst with Security Lending

The application team is responsible for designing building and enhancing applications used to support its Wealth Management business
This role is for a Business Analyst responsible for evaluation of potential solutions always working to bridge the gap among departments with improved technical efficiency and productivity for global data strategy on critical finance and management reporting applications for the global 24x6 business
Key Responsibilities
Tech BA should understand Data Model
should be able to coordinate with offshore resources leads
Capable to build knowledge in house of existing data model in Private Banking
Can help our onshore lead in driving various tech projects in collaboration with offshore team
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units i:e sales finance banking compliance to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively and efficiently with production managerial and executive teams
Evaluate analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Knowledge Experience
Have 8 years of relevant work experience as a Tech business analyst or in a related field
Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business
Should have good communication interpersonal and consultative skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Being detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Understanding of records databases and other technology
Able to translate business requirements into non-technical lay terms
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
Good to have understanding data warehousing including Extract Transform and Load Processes'
