The Attorney in this position will be part of a collaborative team with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. This attorney will handle a variety of complex, litigation cases from inception to finish and will independently manage own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery
• Conducting hearings and mediations
• Taking and defending depositions
• Handle cases independently
• Collaborate with internal teams and other attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida bar
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Strong litigation skills.
