**This position is fully remote but you must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC. Applicants from all other states will not be considered unless you are relocating**

The Role:

The Patient and Physician Outreach Training Specialist will be a performance-driven leader overseeing the site network's physician liaison and recruiter training! You will be tracking KPIs, coaching them on how best to support sites and hit revenue goals. You will use your skillset in physician relationship building, patient lead generation and training to develop a strong culture of accountability and success!

• Nurture relationship with physician partners including assisting with physician contract negotiations
• Create and run strategic physician outreach plans.
• Analyze study indicators such at patient recruitment and retention for each team and create improvement plans
• Lead and manage physician liaisons and recruiters, including training and development
• Manage referral program strategy to achieve revenue goals, enrollment timelines, and database growth.
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities
• Ensure outreach teams adhere to the appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the clinical trials industry
• 2+ years in Project Management
• Experience with Healthcare sales and/or Physician relationship building
