Job Title: Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator

Type: Full-Time, Temporary (1-year)

Location: Fremont, CA

Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (10% shift differential)

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on coordinating and expediting the movement of materials between Logistics and Manufacturing, guided by a strong adherence to schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You’ll be a key contributor to the team's success by maintaining clear communication with department supervisors, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring material usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials to align with production schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of material inventory, movement, and expiration.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to determine material requirements.
• Utilize SAP and other inventory management tools to track and report material status accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to material flow, with a focus on root cause analysis and process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of inventory and supply chain methods and procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP (highly recommended).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear record-keeping and coordination.
• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
