Job Title: Senior Treasury Risk Analyst (ALM)

Location: Plano, TX (3 days on-site per week)

Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Risk Analyst responsible for providing strategic insight through data and analytics on key areas such as Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Liquidity Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Valuation, and Financial Forecasting. The role includes creating and automating financial reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across various databases.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage complex financial models for Asset/Liability Management (ALM) using tools like Empyrean, Excel, and SQL.

Automate reporting and analytics with Excel, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, .NET, and C#.

Advise on treasury management activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Provide analytical support for management forums, including the Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO).

Conduct in-depth balance sheet and economic impact analyses, and build ALM strategies.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and treasury experience, particularly in ALM.

Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.

Experience with financial reporting and managing fixed-income financial instruments.

Familiarity with SmartView/Essbase and PowerPoint for reporting.

Bachelor’s degree not required; experience with ALM tools like Empyrean, Bancware, or QRM is a plus.
