We are searching for a Human Resource Manager with an aerospace company based near Vista, CA

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

• General Human resource activities including EEO compliance, onboarding, benefits, hiring, and firing
• Any experience in Payroll is a plus ( You will not be running payroll but will overview it)
• Handles Employee Relations
• Manage temp agencies
• Performs Basic recruiting for hourly jobs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Bilingual
