Job Details :
Experience:
- Years manufacturing engineering experience.
- Design, working with statistics.
- Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings.
- Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity.
- Software validations / writing protocols and reports.
- Knowledge in developing new process.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), commissioning and validation of manufacturing equipment.
Duties:
- Support a new product, design, and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables.
- Analyze complex problems and identify their impact / establish probabilities / draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs / set complex process requirements.
- Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards.
- Lead and / or participate on cross functional teams to support organizational goals.
