Position Overview

• Evaluate and enhance safety, health, and environmental protocols; ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and EPA standards.
• Work across departments to build a cohesive, safety-first culture; directly support facilities and maintenance on inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and innovative safety solutions tailored to our dynamic environment.
• Prepare and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, using strong interpersonal skills to guide and influence positive safety practices.
• Conduct thorough accident investigations, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation efforts to drive corrective actions and prevent incidents.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of EH&S experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing setting
• Solid background in industrial hygiene, hazardous waste management, and regulatory compliance.
