A reputable law firm in Chicago is seeking a talented mid-senior level attorney with experience in either of the following -insurance coverage, insurance defense, workers' compensation, or commercial litigation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of insurance, defense, workers’ comp, or commercial litigation cases from start to resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents accurately.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and legal staff to develop strategic solutions and ensure compliance.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Mid-to-senior level experience in one or more of the following: insurance coverage, insurance defense, workers' compensation, or commercial litigation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar (additional bar admissions are a plus).
