The firm is seeking a mid-level or senior Trust & Estates Attorney to join their esteemed Tax, Trust & Estates Department . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of legal matters, working with a group of highly skilled professionals.

• Estate planning and business succession planning
• Fiduciary, trust, and estate litigation
• Trust and estates administration

Qualifications:

• Mid-level or senior-level experience in Trust & Estates law
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong experience in estate planning, business succession planning, fiduciary/trust and estate litigation, and trust and estates administration
• LLM in Tax is a plus, but not required
