About the Company - Petit Clair is a Leading Children Clothing Brand


About the Role - We are seeking a talented Buyer that will analyze our sell through and act upon that and help out our senior buyer with running reports and analyzing the data.


Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing sell-through data on Fashion Sales
  • Running sell through on current styles and working with marketing team for promotion and sales.
  • Monitoring inventory level.
  • Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory.
  • Prepare and processing purchase orders.
  • Run replenishment report and create weekly restocks.
  • Manage inventory between locations and act accordingly.
  • Inventory audit.
  • Prepare monthly reports and reviews forecast of purchasing commitments.
  • Schedule and verifying purchase deliveries.


Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:


  • Manage and document the shipment and receipt of all products,
  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics driver, inside employees, and management involved in the shipment and receipt of products
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves and counting accurately


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments, taking initiative to drive projects forward
  • Strong aptitude for partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Skilled in developing, planning, presenting, and executing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
