Your role and responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Every day, you’ll lead the charge, guiding the Business Process Owner and IS team to implement cutting-edge business process application solutions. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate closely with all process stakeholders, driving innovation and excellence at every turn.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs.
  • Develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Create and maintain Business Analysis procedures, ensuring they are executed and auditable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, risk managers, and key stakeholders for effective project execution.


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required.
  • 4 year accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role, or 12 years of same experience without degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the ERP and system landscape environment preferred.
  • Experience with NEMA busway preferred.
  • Experience with materials management and production control preferred.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
  • Availability to travel up to 50%, some international travel required.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
