The role involves managing a diverse caseload from start to finish on cases throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, financial services defense, or real property litigation. Candidates must be comfortable drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, handling depositions and dispositive motions. A Florida law license in good standing is required.
