Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, quality control, resident relations, maintenance management, and marketing strategies to ensure the success and positive reputation of our properties.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

• Conduct financial analysis and collaborate with the General Manager and Community Director to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain quality control of the property, including curb appeal and regular inspections.
• Address all resident concerns and stay informed about applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage maintenance programs and assist in the execution of capital improvement projects.
• Implement effective leasing strategies and oversee the overall marketing plan for the site.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, associates, and investors, ensuring a professional and positive impression.
• Foster a positive work environment to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
