Job Description
Removes front half of carcass from back half and maintains supply of front halves to coneline
Qualifications

• Must be able to work in cold/hot climates
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to go up and down stairs
• Must be able to use knives and scissors
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs

Additional Information
Must be able to properly load cones, shoulder cut and wing cut as these positions will be rotating.
