Job Duties and Responsibilities:
REV Copack is looking for experienced forklift operators to join our team for 1st and 2nd shifts. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift in our warehouse, loading and unloading materials, and moving them to and from storage areas and production lines. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
•Load and unload materials onto and off of trucks
•Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines
•Inspect forklift before and after each shift, checking for any maintenance issues or damage
•Maintain accurate inventory of materials in the warehouse
•Follow all safety procedures and protocols
•Keep the warehouse clean and organized
•Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience in general labor, warehousing, material handling, factories or other related fields
•Certified forklift operator
•Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
•Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
•Experience using RF Scanners
