The Enterprise Warehouse Specialist position will be responsible for optimization of the storage and picking processes, design of future warehouses and warehouse expansions, and reporting and analysis of capacity metrics. By strategically organizing and positioning products within the warehouse, the specialist aims to improve overall efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance order fulfillment speed. While utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to review and interpret historical inventory data, order patterns, and warehouse performance metrics. Asist in future warehouse designs that optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to ensure maximum efficiency in product placement and storage.
Essential Duties:
Enterprise Slotting Projects - Analysis and overhaul of slotting for current buildings
Building Expansions Layouts Analysis of racking layouts, pick path, and storage for building expansions.
New Construction layout - Analysis of racking layouts, pick path, and storage for new building construction.
Slotting Optimization Reviewing and improving warehouse slotting for all buildings.
Capacity Analysis Capacity reporting and maintenance
SKU Rationalization Working with other departments to determine what SKUs we need/have room for.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
2+ years experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of slotting methodologies, such as ABC analysis, velocity-based slotting, and pick density optimization.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and their application within the warehouse setting.
Must be able to effectively work unsupervised, displaying a high level of initiative.
Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -10 F to ambient temperature
Travel up to 60%
Physical Demands:

Salary of $70,000- $80,000 depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills plus annual bonus potential.
