Bring your skills to the 2020 Kenworth Dealer of the Year! Truck Enterprises, Inc. along with Kenworth Sales Co., a 35-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join the teamin our Keyser , WV location.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of theInventory Control Clerk is to assist Management with the coordination and maintenance of parts inventory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with stock and emergency purchasing, reports, vendor stock and core returns, order levels, receiving and related functions.
• Run and update PACCAR reports, input all stock orders and assist with emergency orders daily.
• Keep prices current.
• Monitor and process credits, RMA's outstanding and shipping authorizations.
• Files departmental paperwork.
• Assists Parts Manager with special projects as requested, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory count.
• Maintain good communications with team members to minimize mistakes and maximize teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer terminal data input and 10 key calculator
• 2 years general office experience with an understanding of office procedures, to include filing, correspondence, and basic accounting
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading and Freight preferred but not required
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and information
