Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at St. Dominic Villa. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help residents maintain their mobility and prevent falls by providing assistance with transfers and repositioning
• Document resident care and progress in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of WI
• One year of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $24-$32 per hour, resulting in an annual salary of approximately $49,000 - $65,000, based on a 30-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year. This includes the shift differential available for NOC shifts and other benefits mentioned above.
