In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory management.Receive, unload, and process incoming materials and shipmentsAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentOperate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulationsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentPerform regular inventory counts and reconciliationsUpdate inventory records using computerized systemsAssist in loading and unloading trucks as neededAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operationsReport any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularlyBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time management abilitiesForklift certification preferredPrevious warehouse or material handling experience is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocolsReliable transportation to and from workWillingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as neededAdditional InformationThe national pay range for this role is $16.50 - $18.50 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
