Qualifications: - Customer Service driven (proven track record of driving exceptional customer experience).
- Inventory management experience (automotive preferred)

Qualifications Career Appetite: A Top performing Parts Counterperson can take on more work and has a competitive nature wanting to do and learn more.
Technical: CDK experience preferred.
Customer Facing: Customer facing for the retail counter and supporting the back counter for the Fixed Ops. Dept.
Act as an interpreter for the customer, the Technician knows what they need just need pricing.
