Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with mobile product selections, upgrades, and wireless plans
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
Stay updated on the latest mobile devices, accessories, and industry trends
Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in mobile wireless or telecommunications
Strong understanding of mobile devices, wireless plans, and industry trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales software is a plus
Self-motivated and highly organized
